Had a lovely stay! The breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed the relaxing time at the pool. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was way too hot for us to use.

The noise from neighboring rooms was unbearable. I was kept awake consistently by loud music and laughter until dawn, despite complaints to the hotel staff.

Request a room with a balcony for stunning views of the lush mountains. it's a great way to unwind.

The breakfast was mighty fine, bless your heart! Really enjoyed the local options and the staff in the restaurant were so sweet. The internet was a hot mess though, kept disconnecting everywhere, even in the lobby. Y'all might wanna fix that!

The staff were attentive, especially at the restaurant, where they made the morning experience warm and welcoming. Additionally, the jacuzzi was noticeably cold, which detracted from the relaxation I was hoping for.

Clean room, comfortable pool. the breakfast was truly enjoyable, especially the local options that made for a fantastic start to my day, and the location near El Edén International Airport made it easy to explore the city.
